One of the world’s largest advertising and public relations (PR) firms has come forward with evidence to suggest that ultra-liberalism, in order to make it more palatable to the moderate masses, is now being rebranded as so-called “woke” capitalism.
Screenshots shared by an insider at Publicis Groupe reveal the contents of a “diversity” training day in which employees were propagandized with far-left racism and bigotry. They were told that the slogan “Make America Great Again” is a form of “covert white supremacy,” and that people who do not feel guilty about racism are afflicted with “white privilege.”
This “insane Maoist jubilee,” as the insider described it, openly advocated for employees to favor people in hiring and promotion solely on the basis of things like skin color, gender and “protected status.” They were also advised to direct company money to far-left causes in the name of “corporate social responsibility.”
The Goodyear tire corporation did much the same thing at one of its recent “diversity” training days, prompting President Donald Trump to tweet about it calling for a boycott.
Concepts like MAGA and Blue Lives Matter are simply not to be tolerated in corporate America anymore, as evidenced both by the Goodyear saga and this latest revelation from Publicis Groupe. And it appears as though such ideologies are rapidly infesting all of corporate America, which is going “woke” whether employees like it or not.
“The presentations and discussions among left-wing employees trying to ‘out-woke’ each other, provides a snapshot of the radical far-left racism that is spreading across major corporations, in which employees are taught that not to consider people’s skin color in their day-to-day interactions is a form of ‘white privilege’ or even ‘white supremacy,'” writes Allum Bokhari for Breitbart News.

Other acts of “racism” that people who work at corporations must avoid include saying things like, “there’s only one human race,” or “all lives matter.” It is also politically unacceptable to embrace colorblindness, deny the existence of “white privilege,” and even call the police on black people.
Additional examples of “covert white supremacy,” which a pyramid chart on the leaked slide describes as the “socially acceptable” kind, include education funding from property taxes, respectability politics, higher infant and maternal mortality rates for “people of color,” and treating “children of color” as adults.
On the other hand, overt white supremacy, the “socially unacceptable” kind, includes things like committing “hate crimes,” painting on blackface, using the “N” word, making racist jokes, and burning crosses as a member of the Ku Klux Klan (KKK).
Another presentation put forth by Publicis Groupe includes the suggestion that corporate employees read far-left works of fiction like White Fragility, a racist book that suggests any white person who rejects this type of reprogramming is a “fragile” racist.
In yet another leaked slide, it is stated that whites, males and “gender conforming men and women” represent the “privileged” people in society, while black and brown LGBTQs are at the bottom of the social totem pole. Black people are especially non-privileged, a follow-up slide explains, which is why white people should “support black voices financially.”
As to where this whistleblower gathered these slides, a source explains that they came from Silicon Valley. In other words, these are the types of concepts with which Big Tech is brainwashing its employees, hence why Big Tech censorship of free speech has reached monumental proportions.
“I have not seen anyone publicly challenge these statements or policies,” the whistleblower is quoted as saying. “I’m afraid to ask anyone I work with, and I have a hunch many people feel similar. It’s just too risky.”
